Allowed Email Domains
If a feedback portal requires authentication, you will need to provide a list of allowed domains for each customer. Only users with an allowed email domain will be able to log in and provide feedback.

When a user from an allowed domain logs in and provides feedback:
The user will be added to the customer’s Contacts list
Feedback from that user will be connected to the customer
Adding Allowed Email Domains
To add a domain to a customer’s Allowed Email Domains list:
Go to Idea Manager | Customers
Locate the customer and open their customer card
Enter the domains in the Allowed Email Domains section. To enter multiple domains, leave a space between each.
Domains can be entered in the following format:
@yourdomain.com
yourdomain.com
Public Domains
Public domains, such as gmail.com and outlook.com cannot be added to the Allowed Email Domains list. However, individual users at these domains can be added under the Contacts list, making it possible for those users to submit feedback.
