The Value vs Effort field is a built-in system field that can be used to prioritize ideas by comparing the value of implementing an idea to the effort required.

The Value vs Effort field is calculated as: Value / Effort

Value

How much value will this idea bring to your customers, internal teams, business goals, etc.?

Value can be scored on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the lowest value and 5 being the highest.

Effort

How much work will be required to implement the idea?

Effort can be scored on a scale from None to X-Large.
