API - Querying on all account feedback

Query on all submitted feedback (with results potentially further refined based on the feedback’s Insight-level and/or its Processed-status), with returned attributes and properties including:

  • Feedback submitter

  • Customer

  • Date of submission

  • Product Areas

  • Associated Ideas

  • Comments

Sample Query

Objective:

  • query calls for 5 pieces of feedback but we can include a field to show the total number of feedback

  • other information such as title, source and if it's been processed internally
