API - Mutation to Add a Field To Existing Roadmap Items

A mutation to add an existing Field to Items on a specific Roadmap. A successful operation will ensure that the field can be set on Items appearing on that Roadmap and the field will appear as a new column on that Roadmap’s Table View.
