What's Your Role?

There are several different ways to use Tempo Planner, depending on your job: 

  • Resource managers, project managers, and directors

    Get an overview of the capacity and availability of resources in your organization in one place, whether they are in different office locations or working remotely. You can allocate available resources to your projects by creating plans for them.

  • Team leads

    Create and manage plans for your team members, including sprint planning directly from Jira data.

  • Team members

    Create plans for yourself, such as mapping out your upcoming vacation or other time off.

  • Administrators

    Set up Tempo Planner for your organization, such as giving permissions, enabling plan approvals, and creating workload and holiday schemes.
