The Features tab allows admins to enable or disable certain Custom Charts features on a global level.
Features are enabled or disabled by clicking the toggle in the panel for the feature.

Data Residency
Toggling this to On lets you set a custom location to store your Custom Charts data. This data includes:

Global app settings
-
Configurations
-
Configured permissions
After you enable this setting, select the Data Residency tab and pin a new location. Go to our Data Residency article for more information.
Data Sources
When you enable this setting, admins can connect Custom Charts to existing data sources and display that external data in your Custom Charts.
Currently you can only select Insight custom fields as a data source.
Issue List
Enable this setting to let users display work item data in tables as part of an issue list.
Shared Dashboards
Toggling this setting to On lets users create and share links to Custom Charts. After enabling this option, you can edit sharing options from the Shared Dashboard - Settings tab.
Shared dashboards are not accessible if this feature is toggled off. Toggling this feature back to on will restore access to all shared dashboards.
Templates
Enable this setting to let uses create and share Custom Charts templates.
