Issue List Display Options

Issue List comes with several display options The Display options tab allows users to customize the look and feel of several aspects of the list, including the number of issues shown per page, number formats, and dark mode.

Access the Display Options Tab

  1. With Issue List in Edit mode, on the righthand side, click the Display options tab

  2. Make any adjustments, then click Save to lock in your customizations

Results per page

Users can adjust the number of issues that appear on each page of the list

Show alternating row colors

Users can choose to display each alternating row on the list in grey (see below)

Show number column

Users can turn off the number column that appears first on the list

Description options

Show description

If a description is added to Issue List, users can choose to hide or show it

Description position

If a description is added to Issue List, users can choose where it is positioned in the gadget or macro

General options

Maximum text field height

Users can adjust how much text will display in text fields

Number format

Users can adjust the formatting of numbers that appear in the list

Decimal places

Users can adjust the amount of decimal places in a number

Date format

Users can adjust the format of dates displayed on charts

Time unit

Users can adjust the format of time displayed on charts

Display timestamps on date-time fields

For date-time fields, users can choose to display a timestamp alongside the date-time information

Auto refresh every 10 minutes

Users can adjust whether the data on the list auto refreshes

Show options menu button

Users can turn off the Options menu that appears on gadgets

Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV

Users can turn off the ability to export charts to a PNG, PDF, or CSV file

Show icons on user fields

Users can choose to turn off

Dark mode

Users can display issue list in dark mode

Disable hyperlinks in issue list

Users can turn off the ability to click into issues that display on charts
