Use the Shared Dashboards gadget to share your dashboard, and its Custom Charts gadgets, with other users.
Creating a shared dashboard
To add a shared dashboard:

Open the dashboard and select Edit.

Select Add gadget.

Select Add next to the Custom Charts Shared Dashboards gadget.
You can enter “shared” in the search field to quickly locate the gadget. -
Select a level of access in Link Access Permissions.
After you create a shared dashboard, its charts and issue lists will use the permissions of the user that most recently saved the Shared Dashboard gadget. That user is the only one who can edit Custom Charts gadgets that are part of the shared dashboard.
Anyone with access to the Jira dashboard you’re using as a source can view the following tabs in the Shared Dashboards gadget:

Shared Dashboard: Contains an active link to the shared dashboard. Select Copy link to add the link to your clipboard.

Link access permissions: Provides a summary of the active permissions for the shared dashboard.

Shared dashboard user: Shows the user being used as the data source for the dashboard.

What is this?: Provides an overview of the Shared Dashboard gadget.
Setting access permissions
You need to select one of the following options to share your dashboard with other users.
Public permissions for shared dashboards is currently in early access and only available to users in Tempo’s Early Access Program (EAP). Go to our EAP page to sign up.

Anyone (Public): Any user, regardless of their global Jira permissions, can view your dashboard.

Anyone (Public) with an access code: Similar to the Anyone permission, but a user must enter an access code to view your dashboard. Set a custom access code in the Access Code field.

JSM Portal - Access restrictions: Users with Jira Service Management (JSM) access can view your dashboard in their JSM portal. You must select at least one JSM Project to use this permission. This determines the portals that will have a link to your dashboard in their service desk. You can also select an optional Organization, or a specific Portal user, to narrow the restrictions.

Display as wallboard: Users with access to the dashboard can display the shared dashboard as a wallboard. Turn on Allow click-through to allow viewers to select chart data and drill down into issues.
Viewing dashboards in the JSM Portal
If you share your dashboard with JSM users, they can select Requests > My Dashboards to view the shared dashboard.
