To access the admin settings for Custom Charts, select Settings ⚙️ > Marketplace apps > Custom Charts - Settings.
Basic settings
Customization
Go to the Customization Options tab to set the default formatting, units, and colors for your charts and issue lists. You can also manage the option to export charts to PNG, PDF, and CSV formats.
Performance
Go to the Performance Options tab to manage options that affect the performance of your charts and issue lists. If your reports are slow to load, or you experience other performance-related issues, we recommend adjusting the limits on this tab. You can also turn off auto refresh to improve performance while editing charts.
