Export to Other Formats

You can export reports from Custom Charts or Issue List to the following formats:

  • .PNG

  • .PDF

  • .CSV

Exports to these formats are enabled by default Jira admins can disable exports on individual charts or globally.

Exporting a report

To export a chart or list:

  1. Hover over the report and select Export options :export: in the upper right.

  2. Select the type of export to generate.

  3. When the generation finishes, a save file dialog displays. Select a location and Save your file.

Disabling exports

To disable exports on individual charts:

  1. Go to the Display options tab and turn off Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV.

  2. Save your chart or issue list.

To disable exports globally:

Only Jira administrators can modify this setting.

  1. Go to the Custom Charts Settings section of your admin console.

  2. Turn off Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV.
