Issue List Quick Filters

Quick Filters are filters that can be used in Issue List to drill down the Jira data displayed in the list. Users can add pre-existing Jira filters to the gadget, or, write their own JQL directly in the gadget to create a Quick Filter on the spot.

Add Quick Filters

  1. With Issue List in Edit mode, navigate to the Quick Filters tab on the right side

  2. Add a quick filter:

    1. + Add saved filter toggle: Click this option to add an Existing Jira filter as a Quick Filter

    2. + Add custom JQL toggle: Click this option to use custom JQL to build a Quick Filter directly in Issue List

  3. Click Save or Insert
