Priority of Issues Assigned to Out of Office Users

This 2D stacked barchart shows issues assigned to users who have indicated they’re out of office using Out of Office Assistant, grouped by issue Priority. If an OOO user has a lot of high priority issues assigned to them, the team can work to reallocate those issues.

Recreate this Chart in Your Instance

  1. Set the Source to Advanced (JQL) and enter the following JQL statement: assignee.outofoffice.until > endofweek(1)

  2. Set the Chart type to 2D Stacked Bar Chart

  3. Set the Chart by dropdown to Assignee

  4. Set the Group by dropdown to Priority

  5. Optional: Give your chart a title and combine or rename any segments

  6. Click Save or Insert
