Performance Options
The Performance Options tab gives administrators control over how all Custom Charts function.

Maximum issues display on a chart | Limit the maximum number of issues that can be displayed on a Custom Charts report. This reduces system loads by limiting the amount of data returned from Jira. ⭐ Best practice: Custom Charts have been tested with very large data sets and we have found that limiting individual searches to 100,000 issues provides the best performance results | Default: 20000  |
