Problem
Confusion about which button to use on the Integrations screen, or creating a duplicate Jira instance.
Solution
These two options serve different purposes: one sets up a brand-new Jira instance connection, the other adds another import from an instance that's already configured.

If the Jira instance you want is already listed on the Integrations screen, click + Add Integration to start a new import from it.

If the instance is not listed, click + Create Instance to set it up for the first time.
Check the Integrations screen for your instance before creating a new one — accidentally creating a duplicate instance can fragment your sync history and complicate troubleshooting later.
