New view doesn't get created, or the + button doesn't respond

Problem

In a Portfolio's view (Swimlane, Roadmap or Node Graph), when entering a name for a new view and clicking the + sign doesn't create the view.

Solution

The new view name field may be empty, whitespace-only, or duplicate an existing view name.

1. Click the current view name at the top of the Visualizations screen.

2. Enter a clear, non-empty name in the "New view name" field.

3. Click the + sign.

4. If it still doesn't create, try a different name in case of a naming conflict with an existing view.
