Confidence level and category are metadata that Loop attaches to help you judge how much weight to give an insight, but their exact meaning isn't always obvious at a glance.

Click the insight card to open its detail view — it explains how the conclusion was reached, which clarifies why that confidence level was assigned.

Use the detail view's recommended next steps to decide whether to act now or keep monitoring: lower-confidence insights are generally worth watching, higher-confidence ones are more actionable.
