Loop Roadmap (Timeline) is empty or missing items

Problem

Some or all items you expect don't appear on the Roadmap (sometimes referred to as Timeline view) in Loop.

Solution

The Timeline only displays items that have both a Planned Start date and a Planned Finish date. Items missing either date are silently excluded — this is expected behavior, not a bug.

  1. Check the item(s) you expect to see and confirm that both Planned Start and Planned Finish are set.

  2. If dates are missing, add them (or generate them via a scenario/scheduler) and refresh the Timeline.

  3. If you set a custom date range on the Dates tab under Format, confirm the item's dates fall within that visible range.

Before building a Timeline view for a presentation, confirm the items you care about have both planned dates — items without them won't appear, regardless of formatting.
