No items (or fewer than expected) appear on the final import screen

Problem

The Integrations final wizard screen shows 0 items, or far fewer than expected.

Solution

This is almost always a filtering issue — either the wrong Jira Project/Space was selected, or the Basic Filter/JQL Filter is excluding items you wanted.

1. Click Back to return to the Filters screen. If using Basic Filter, confirm the field values you selected actually match your items (e.g., status, issue type, assignee). If using a JQL Filter, run the same JQL directly in Jira's issue search first to confirm it returns the results you expect before reapplying it in Loop.

2. Go back further in the wizard and re-check the Jira Project/Space you selected — each integration connects to one Jira space only.

3. If your epics live across multiple spaces, you'll need a separate integration for each (via Settings > Integrations > +Add Integration).
