Problem
You expect AI-suggested estimates but don't see the AI icon in the toolbar on the Planner tab of Loop.
Solution
Loop only generates predicted estimates when there are enough similar items in your portfolio with existing estimate data to base a prediction on. If your portfolio is new or lacks estimated items of a similar type, no predictions are generated, and the AI icon won't appear.

Check whether the items missing estimates have comparable items elsewhere in the portfolio that do have estimates. If not, no AI suggestion will be generated for them.

Manually enter estimates for those items instead, or add more historical/estimated items to the portfolio to give the model something to learn from.

If you believe similar items do exist but no suggestions appeared, open the Filters menu and select Show AI Suggestions to double-check — the icon and the filter are two separate ways to access the same data.
To prevent this in the future, import or create items with estimate data early, even roughly, so future scenarios have a stronger base for AI-suggested estimates.
