Signals or insights seem out of date

Problem

On the Loop Intelligence (Insights) landing page, a recent change to the plan or Jira data isn't reflected in Insights.

Solution

Signals refresh on an hourly cycle, not in real time. Changes made moments ago won't be reflected until the next refresh.

1. Wait for the next hourly refresh cycle before expecting updated signals or insights.

2. If insights still look stale well beyond an hour after a change, check that the underlying Jira integration sync (if applicable) is completing successfully — see your integration's sync status in Settings > Integrations.

When validating a recent change, factor in the hourly refresh window before concluding something is wrong with Insights.
