Problem
On the Loop Intelligence (Insights) landing page, no insights appear, or only a small number of insights show up, even though the plan has known issues.
Solution
Insights are driven by signals from Loop and connected Jira integrations. If your portfolio has little data, your Jira integration isn't fully synced, or nothing currently meets the threshold Loop uses to surface a high-level insight, few or no insights will display. Loop surfaces the insights it judges will have the greatest impact — it does not show every possible risk at once.

Confirm your portfolio has items and an active Jira integration (if applicable) — Insights depends on data flowing in from both.

Click the Signals button to check the broader set of signals Loop is tracking, even if they haven't surfaced as a top-level insight yet. This view includes lower-priority risk factors that may not be significant yet.

Keep in mind signals refresh every hour — if you just made a change to your plan or Jira data, allow time for the next refresh before expecting new insights.
Don't assume "no insights" means "no risk" — check the Signals view for a fuller picture, especially early in a project when fewer high-confidence insights have accumulated.
