Problem
After creating an Initiative or Feature, it doesn't show up nested correctly in the Portfolio table.
Solution
Loop-native items are created without a parent by default and need to be manually positioned or nested.

For Initiatives: After clicking Save & Close, drag the new item to its preferred position in the table.

For Features: Make sure you clicked the + button that appears when hovering over the Initiative row (not the top-level +Add Item button), so the Feature is created as a child of that Initiative.
Remember: Loop-native items display with no External Key in the Portfolio — this is expected and is how you can distinguish them from imported Jira items.
