A Jira field isn't available to map to a Loop field

Problem

A field you need from Jira doesn't appear as a mapping option in Loop.

Solution

Custom Loop fields must exist before Jira data can be mapped into them.

1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields.

2. Create a custom Loop field that corresponds to the Jira field you want to import.

3. Re-run or edit the integration's field mapping to link the two.
