Problem
Items are missing from a Portfolio’s Table, Roadmap (sometimes referred to as Timeline view), or Swimlane view, but you know they exist in the portfolio.
Solution
This is usually caused by an active filter or a collapsed hierarchy hiding the item — not a bug.
If you're in Table view:

Click Filters at the top of the table and check what's turned on. Item Type, Status, Team, Planned Start/Finish Date, and Unparented (hides everything except top-level items) are the most common culprits.

Turn filters off one at a time until your item reappears.

If filters aren't the issue, the item's parent row may be collapsed. Click the arrow next to it to expand, or use the expand-all button at the top of the table.
If you're in Timeline or Swimlane view:

Go to Format > Layout and check Target Item Level. This controls which hierarchy level shows up as its own card. If your item is at a different level, it won't show up on its own — though it may still appear nested under its parent if Show Child Items is on.
