Published Roadmap (Timeline) or Swimlane link, image, or PDF doesn't reflect recent changes

Problem

In a Portfolio's view, a shared or published roadmap or swimlane URL, PNG, or PDF looks out of date compared to the live view in Loop.

Solution

Published exports are typically a snapshot at the time of publishing, not a live-updating feed, unless you're using the shareable URL specifically re-visited after changes.

  1. If you shared a PNG or PDF, re-publish and re-share after making changes — static exports won't update on their own.

  2. If you shared a URL, confirm with recipients they're reloading the page rather than viewing a cached copy, and confirm you're viewing the same published link (not a duplicate export).

For published views that need to stay current for stakeholders, prefer sharing the published URL over PNG/PDF exports, and re-publish PNG/PDF exports right before a meeting rather than reusing an older one.
