Problem
After saving, the scheduler-generated plan seems to be missing items, has an unexpected timeline, or effort estimates look off on the Planner tab of Loop.
Solution
The Loop scheduler builds the initial plan from known and predicted values. If many items are missing estimates, team capacity isn't configured, or there aren't enough similar historical items for accurate predictions, the resulting plan can look sparse or skewed.

Confirm team capacity is set up correctly in Settings — an incomplete team setup limits what the scheduler can plan against.

Review AI-suggested estimates (see next section) — missing or poor estimates are a common cause of an inaccurate initial plan.

Remember that the scheduler recalculates automatically as you edit estimates or other fields, so the very first view of the plan is a starting point, not a final result.
