Problem
The recommended next steps for an insight seem generic or don’t account for a constraint you know about (e.g., an upcoming holiday, a team change not yet reflected in Loop).
Solution
Recommendations are generated from the signals and capacity data Loop currently has — if a relevant constraint hasn't been entered into Loop yet (e.g., updated team capacity, a new holiday scheme, a Jira field that hasn't synced), the recommendation won't reflect it.

Confirm the underlying data is current: team capacity in Settings, and the latest Jira sync status in Settings > Integrations.

Re-check the insight after the data is updated and the next hourly signal refresh has run.

If the recommendation still seems off after the data is current, treat it as one input to your decision rather than a final answer — Insights evaluates against your capacity and priorities, but doesn't have context outside of what's in Loop and Jira.
