Planner tab shows "No items found yet" instead of "Create Scenario"

Problem

The Planner tab in Loop shows a "No items found yet" message instead of the option to create a scenario.

Solution

1. Go to your portfolio and confirm it actually contains items. If it's empty, add items using one of the two supported approaches:

   • Import items from Jira

   • Create items natively in Loop

2. Once items appear in the portfolio, return to the Planner tab — you should now see the Create Scenario option instead.

To prevent receiving this error, complete your portfolio setup (import and/or manual entry) before navigating to the Planner tab, so you don't mistake a normal "empty portfolio" state for an error.
