Viewing data in the Tempo Team gadgets requires the Approve Timesheets permission for the team.
The Tempo Teams gadgets can only display all worklogs and planned work for team members, regardless of the spaces. This gadget is a tool to provide a quick snapshot of the Team's hours for the period. If you wish to filter them further down by spaces, you need to use Tempo Reports or JQL.
Alternatively, you can use Tempo User Timesheet charts, which show the current user's worklogs by spaces. But this is only for the current user and is not suitable for team leaders to view other team members' hours.
