Planned Time by Team Gadget

Viewing data in the Tempo Team gadgets requires the View Plans permission for the team.

The Planned Time by Team gadget shows planned and unplanned time in the future for a given team. This gadget is great for Team Leads and Executives to track overall planned time from a current date.

To configure the Planned Time by Team gadget:

1. Go to your Jira dashboard and click … at the upper-right of the Team Timesheet gadget.

2. Select Edit.

3. Edit the gadget configuration:

   • Team – All teams that you have Approve Timesheets for.

   • Chart Type – Select the chart type to illustrate the data in the most meaningful way to you.

   • Period – Select the time period you want to display. All options start with the current date.

4. Click Save to display the results in a graph.

   

5. The gadget is displayed in the dashboard with the selected criteria.
