Loop can be connected to a variety of HR and related systems to provide signals for Loop Intelligence insights and recommendations.
Once connected, Loop aggregates information from these systems across your teams, organizations, and loops to predict and report on performance. For example, if Loop identifies upcoming team vacations from your HR platform, it can assess whether the team has the availability to stay on track for a project and, if not, provide recommendations to address the capacity shortfall before it affects your project.
Loop keeps any PII from these platforms confidential and ensures users cannot access it.
Connecting to an HR System
To connect a system to Loop:

Go to Settings | Integrations

Open the HR systems menu

Select the system you want to connect
You will be asked to log in using your personal credentials.
You must be an administrator of the HR system in order to connect it to Loop.
