You need to following permissions to accomplish the tasks in this section:

Tempo Project Administrator
Some tasks can be accomplished by a Tempo Project Manager.
Financial Manager by Tempo uses the data from Capacity Planner and Timesheets to monitor and forecast a project's financial metrics to provide accurate, real-time overviews of project and portfolio costs, revenues, and budgets. You can group projects into portfolios to view pertinent project cost data.
Leverage the information provided in Financial Manager for:

Revenue and expense tracking - Determining the profitability of projects by comparing the revenue from billable hours to the actual costs.

Open Financial Manager

In your Jira project, click Apps, and then click Tempo.

Click Financial Manager from the Tempo sidebar. The amount budgeted and the total actual costs for each are displayed. Select a project from the list to open it.
The amounts displayed reflect the totals for the last time you accessed the project. When you open a project, total hours worked are automatically updated.
