Structure (Cloud)

Structure on Forge Remote

Structure’s migration to Forge is underway. Upgrades are set to rollout gradually over the following weeks; we cannot provide an exact migration date for your instance, or offer opt-outs.

After your instance is upgraded, you will receive an in-app notification confirming the change.

Structure is moving from the legacy Atlassian Connect framework to Forge. This upgrade improves Structure’s security, reliability, and long‑term compatibility with Atlassian Cloud.

This article describes updates on how you access Structure, and potential issues you may encounter during and after the migration.

Updated URL format

The URL format for structures is changing. Any structure bookmarks you have will not work after the transition. We recommend updating your bookmarks as soon as possible after the move to Forge is complete.

There are temporary redirects in place to ease this transition. After we remove those redirects, bookmarks not updated to the new URLs will no longer work.

Accessing Structure through a firewall

You may encounter issues trying to access Structure through a firewall. Go to our troubleshooting article and allow the listed domains in your firewall to restore access.

App menu changes

The link to Structure in Jira's Apps menu is now a top-level item. Selecting it displays links to Structure and Cross-Team PI Planner.
