Problem
When I open the Gantt Chart of my structure, I see the following error:
Gantt Chart Is Not Available
Gantt chart does not exist and you don't have permission to create it.
Solution
This can happen when:

the user has ‘View’, ‘Edit’ or ‘Edit generators’ permission to the structure

they open the ‘Gantt’ layout in a structure
-
and the Gantt chart doesn’t yet exist for this structure.
A Gantt chart is not created for every structure by default; some structures don’t have Gantt charts because they are not needed. A Gantt chart is created only when a user opens the ‘Gantt’ layout once, then the chart is calculated for the first time, and it remains accessible for this structure until the structure is deleted.
Only users with the ‘Control’ permissions for the structure can create Gantt charts. But users with all other permissions can view existing Gantt charts. So, if a user opens the ‘Gantt’ layout and sees the error above, it can be resolved by having any user with the ‘Control’ permissions on the structure first create the Gantt chart, then the affected user opens the ‘Gantt’ layout in the structure again.
