When you export a Confluence page to PDF or Word, custom chart macros are not included in the final export. You can set up your Custom Charts for Confluence macros to generate static images and attach them to the page. After generating these images, exported pages will show an image of the chart in place of the live macro.
Enabling User Impersonation before generating these images will make sure the export includes the same data regardless of which user exports the page.
To set up your macro for exports:

Enable User Impersonation on the charts you want to include.

Select More actions (:more:) > Apps > Generate Custom Charts export images.

Select More actions (:more:) > Export > Export to PDF or Export to Word.
