Save your favorite charts as templates and share them with your team. You can create:

Private templates that only you can see.

Global templates that anyone in your instance can view. Jira admins must grant the Global Template Administrator permission before you can create global templates. There are no permissions needed to view a global template.

Private and global categories to organize your templates.
Select Templates while editing a chart to open the list of available templates. This displays the private templates you’ve made, global templates others have created, and the example templates that come with Custom Charts.
Creating a new template
To create a new template:

Open your chart in edit mode and select Templates.

Select Save chart.

Select the type of template to create and enter a template name.
If you don’t have the relevant permissions, you cannot create a global template. -
(Optional) Set a category for the template, or select New category to create one.

Select Save template.
