Administrators can set up default settings for the Mail Me app on the General Settings tab:

Enable/disable editable preview

Enable/disable adding email comments to Jira by default

Send restricted comments by default

Add attachments to Jira issue by default

Enable/disable Sending Issue Attachments by default

Select default recipients
-
Select default copy recipients
-
Select default blind copy recipients
For user convenience, any of the above-mentioned settings can be changed by the user in each email independently.
