Exporting Team Plans from the Team Timeline

  • Team Timeline is a Classic Team Planning feature that was made "Legacy" Feature in Tempo Capacity Planner 7.13.0. Classic Team Planning features are disabled by default for version 7.13.0 and later.

  • Enabling the Classic Team Planning features requires the Tempo Administrator permission.

  • Exporting team plans requires the View Team Plans permission.

You can export a team's plan for a selected period to a comma-separated values file format (CSV) and import the file into other software, such as spreadsheet software. All plans made for the team on the Team Timeline are exported. Personal plans made in Resource Planning or plans made for your team members on timelines of other teams are not included in the export, even though you have selected to show plans from other teams on the timeline.

To export data from a team's timeline:

  1. Select Planning :planner_dc:  in the Tempo sidebar.

  2. Click  at the top-right, and then select Timeline.

  3. Select a period and other view options.

  4. Click :export_dc: to export the data.
