Transferring a User Between Strategic Roadmap Accounts

Question

How to move a Strategic Roadmap’s account from one instance to another?

Answer

Moving a Strategic Roadmap user account from one instance to another requires:

  • Consent from the user whose account will be moved

  • Approval from the administrator of the current instance

  • Approval from the administrator of the destination instance

Once these approvals have been obtained, a Tempo Support agent will assist to complete the process.
