Team member does not appear in the Rates view

Question

Some of my team members are not appearing in the Rates view, why?

Answer

Only team members with time already logged in the issues that are part of the scope of the project, within the scope's period, will appear in the list. Once the team member logs time in any issues within the project scope, their names will appear in the Rates view and you will be able to configure their cost rates.
