Not receiving a projects timesheet for approval

Problem

You’re the project approver, and you’ve stopped receiving timesheets to review; yet time is still being logged on the issues within the project scope.

Solution

If you’ve stopped receiving project approvals, there are a couple of things to check:

  • The date range of the project. Time will only be submitted for approval if it is within the project's date range.

  • that the “Enable Project Time Approval” setting is still turned on.
