Problem
In our financial manager project, some work items are not synced correctly. We can see that hours have been logged on the work item, but a 0 is displayed in our project.
Solution
When you see logged hours in the worked item, but your financial manager project shows 0, this is usually related to the project's date range.
You would need to verify which dates the worklogs were created and adjust the timeframe accordingly.
Another option is to change the project's timeframe from a fixed date to a calculated date range. This automatically calculates the timeframe based on your project scope. The start and end dates are set according to the earliest and latest dates that either time was logged or a project expense was recorded, up to and including today's date.
This can be adjusted in Projects settings (Configuration > General - Revert to calculated timeframe)
