Global filters configured on the Jira Work Management tab also apply to the following Jira Service Management tables:

These tables contain data associated with Jira issues. Because they are issue-based, they use the same global filters as other Jira Work Management issue-related tables.

Jira Service Management Global Filter

Jira Service Management also provides its own global Projects filter, which applies to the following tables:

Service Desk
Customers
Queues
Issues in queue

The Projects filter limits the exported data to the selected Jira Service Management project. When a project is selected, the app retrieves data associated with that service project for all supported tables.

The Projects filter displays all Jira projects available in the instance, not only Jira Service Management projects. If you select a project that is not a Jira Service Management project, the export for these tables returns no data.
