You can purchase and install Custom Charts for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace. Select Try it free and follow the prompts to activate your trial license. Once activated, you can install Custom Charts on your instance.
Only users with the Jira System Administrator global permission can activate a trial on the marketplace.
If you are not an admin, you can submit a trial request on the app page. A Jira Administrator can enable the trial after approving the request.
Jira Admins can also install Custom Charts directly from their instance.
To install on a Cloud instance:

Select Apps > Explore more apps from the Jira sidebar.

Enter custom charts in the search field and select the panel for Custom Charts for Jira.

Select Try it free, then Start free trial.
To install on a Data Center instance:

Select Settings > Manage apps > Find new apps from the Jira sidebar.

Enter Custom Charts in the search field.

Select Try it free, then Start free trial.
