What Is Atlassian Isolated Cloud (AIC)
Atlassian Isolated Cloud is an Atlassian-managed, dedicated cloud environment for organizations with strict security, compliance, or data isolation requirements. It provides dedicated compute, storage, and networking in a virtual private cloud (VPC), with data egress blocked by default and customer-managed encryption keys for data protection.

AIC Considerations
The Isolated Cloud version of the app differs from the commercial cloud. We're working to bring the Isolated Cloud version to full feature parity. Currently, some features are limited. Review the following Isolated Cloud-specific considerations before using the app.
-
Data export - Currently, you can export data only from the Issues table in Jira Work Management.
We're working on supporting data exports from the entire Jira Work Management app, as well as Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
-
Data source management - You can create, edit, and delete data sources.
-
Export password - You can create an export password to secure data exports.
-
Administration - Currently, only export password expiration settings are available.
