I want to know if Gantt Charts is compatible with a certain Jira version.

You can find the compatibility information on Atlassian Marketplace:

Search for Gantt Charts there, and open the listing.

At the top, select View for: Data Center.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Explore all Data Center versions in the bottom-right corner. As a result, the Version history page will be opened, displaying what Jira versions are supported in each released Gantt Charts version.
