Find tasks wil scheduling conflicts in Gantt Charts

I want to quickly find all tasks with scheduling conflicts on my Gantt chart.

Answer

You can quickly find all tasks with a conflict this way:

1. Add the Gantt Scheduling Error column to the structure. The column shows ‘Error’ for all item that has a scheduling conflict on the Gantt chart.

2. Click on the column’s name, and sort by it. As a result, the structure and its Gantt chart will be reordered to cluster all tasks with conflicts together, e.g. at the top of the structure.
   Make sure that the generators of the structure are not visible, otherwise the sorting by column will not be possible. You can click the Automation button at the top of the screen to hide them.

Please note: the hierarchy of the structure will be preserved during the sorting. I.e. if a task with a conflict has direct parent items or groups, these items will be sorted along with the task as well.

Once the conflicts are addressed, you can disable sorting by the column.
