Installing Capacity Insights
Capacity Insights is only available to Tempo instances hosted in the US. You can’t install Capacity Insights if your Tempo app is hosted in Europe. Tempo Capacity Insights is only compatible with Tempo Timesheets.
Before You Begin
You must be a Jira administrator
Install the Components
Navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace listing from the Jira instance you want to use with Capacity Insights.
Click Try it free.
When prompted to add the app to Jira, select Start free trial.
You’ll be prompted when Capacity Insights has been installed. Click Manage app to start setting it up, or navigate to Apps > Tempo and then open Tempo Settings.
Use the Getting Started section to set up Capacity Insights quickly, or use the documentation to guide you through the process.
