2024-04-25 | Capacity Planner 17.4.0 Release

Version 17.4.0 of Tempo Capacity Planner is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 9.x platform.

  • Removed the XLSX export in Reports to address a security vulnerability. Please export to Excel (XLS) or CSV instead.

  • Deprecated the Classic Resource Planning view.


  • You can’t edit or delete users that have numeric user keys.

  • The filters in the Planned vs Actual Report were ignored.

  • When the End Date in the Plan Form was earlier than the Start Date, the Start Date populated with unexpected values.

  • When you opened the Resource Planning page from the plan approval email, the page didn’t filter for that user.

  • When you clicked on a cell without available hours in the Resource Planning Weeks view, the Plan Form opened without the issue entered.

Tempo continually reviews its code to evaluate what is needed and ensure we provide our customers with the best and most up-to-date software releases possible. Please see our Code Deprecation and Removal page to find a list of features we are planning to deprecate and determine whether it will impact your integration points with Tempo. The deprecated code will be removed in our October release.

Upgrading Tempo Planner is free for all customers with an active Tempo license. Upgrade Tempo by using the JIRA Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).
