2023-04-20| Tempo Planner for Server 16.5.0 Release

This Version 16.5.0 of Tempo Planner is compatible with Atlassian's Jira 9.x platform. This version contains fixes.

FIXES

Fixed an issue with date picker in the Plan Time form that validates the correct format.
Changed the information text in the UI when generating a new report.
Jira issue history shows the value "null (null) [ 0 ]" when Inherited from parent is selected in Jira sub-task.
Planning tab is missing from Teams when the legacy feature is enabled.
